100% recycled black polyolefin module for use with 15x15x6 cm block pavers. URBANIT® block paving modules are easy to lay and open up the opportunity to create patterns by combining block pavers of different colours. Use this product to create water-permeable car parks, access roads, footpaths, cycle paths, etc. These block paving modules can also be used to mark out different types of parking space (PRM, electric vehicles, etc.) and traffic zones, etc.

Installation and Application

Allows the construction of permeable parking areas for intensive use by light vehicles, public-access facility (ERP) car parks, residential and condominium parking areas, access roads or pedestrian pathways, cycle paths, etc. (city centres, commercial areas, etc.) / the delineation of parking spaces (disabled parking bays, electric vehicle spaces, etc.), traffic circulation areas, etc. / the development of storage areas and facilitates forklift truck traffic.

Can be used for vehicle traffic with an axle load of up to 20 tonnes or for fire access roads.

Provides accessibility for persons with reduced mobility in accordance with the recommendations of the decree of 20 April 2017 and our installation requirements.

Allows occasional passage of heavy vehicles. Warning: the Urbanit® range is not designed for intensive heavy vehicle traffic.

Recommended paver type: 15 x 15 cm – height 6 cm. For 1 m², allow for 40 pavers.

Do not use with hot-mix asphalt. Do not drive on empty grids. Installation on slopes up to 3% (provide a retaining stop at the lower end).

1. Which block pavers provide optimum stability?

Our block paving stabilisers can be used with all 15x15x6 cm high concrete block pavers. Stone and sandstone paving can also be used, although their higher cost makes them less common.
