1. What is the MODULESCA® 3-piece joist kit used for?

The MODULESCA 3-piece joist kit is designed to simplify the process of timber cladding MODULESCA® steps. It comprises one 21 cm central joist and two 35 cm side joists. These joists are manufactured from autoclaved (class 4) pine and pre-cut to accurate dimensions to simplify installation and ensure precise adjustment when applying the timber cladding.

2. How to use the MODULESCA® 3-piece joist kit?

Begin by placing the 21 cm joist in the central housing moulded into the module, and the two 35 cm joists in the side positions. Then secure all 3 by screwing through the module. Once the joists are in place, you can clad the steps by screwing the timber decking boards directly onto these sections of joist.
