Driver Bit for Cleman Riser Pedestal
Adjustment wrench for CLEMAN® riser pedestals. This special wrench enables riser pedestal heights to be adjusted by a few millimetres with the paving in place.
Quarter-turn operation. The moment any resistance is felt, stop turning the wrench and complete the adjustment manually using the screw adjuster. The wrench cannot adjust the height of riser pedestals located in the longer sides of rectangular paving slabs.
The Cleman® adjustment wrench is used to adjust the height of Cleman® riser pedestals. It can be used to correct up to 1 mm of misalignment after the paving has been laid, and enables riser pedestal heights to be adjusted as work progresses in increments of 1 mm per quarter turn. The adjustment wrench makes it possible to adjust each riser pedestal individually to create a perfectly flat and even finished surface. It is therefore an essential tool for laying paved terraces.
The Cleman® adjustment wrench is quick and easy to use. Once the paving has been laid, insert the wrench where the paving slabs intersect and adjust by turning counterclockwise to raise the height of the rise of pedestal, or clockwise to lower the height. This process enables the height and alignment of paving slabs to be precisely adjusted for optimum results. If any resistance is felt during the adjustment process, our recommendation is to stop turning the wrench and complete the adjustment manually using the screw adjuster.
The Cleman® adjustment wrench can be used with straight or offset patterns of square and rectangular paving slabs, with the exception of 2/3 – 1/3 patterns. However, it cannot be used to adjust the height of the riser pedestals located under the longer sides of rectangular paving slabs, or with paving slabs thicker than 30 mm.
